The problem
Onboarding took 6–9 days of manual setup, and every new customer's first impression was a delay.
What I built
An event-driven pipeline: Stripe payment fires provisioning, the workspace and roles are created via API, the team is invited, docs are generated, a kickoff call is auto-booked and the CSM is briefed in Slack — all inside a few minutes.
