The problem

Every lead was treated the same. Sales chased tyre-kickers while high-intent buyers sat in a queue.

What I built

A multi-signal scoring model (source, ad creative, form answers, behaviour, budget) that assigns a live score, then routes: instant call for hot, AI nurture for warm, long-cycle drip for cold. Reps only ever see people worth talking to.
