The problem
Most enquiries arrived on WhatsApp after hours. By morning, half of them had booked somewhere else — and the other half needed six messages just to agree a time.
What I built
An always-on agent that holds a real conversation: it answers FAQs from a live knowledge source, checks genuine calendar availability, offers three slots, confirms, and sends the reminder sequence. Anything it can't answer is escalated to a human with the full thread attached.
